Body pain and #NLP Subconscious exercise.

A number of times people feel body pain consistently without any specific reason. It is actually some mental stress or any unresolved emotional issue that is still going on in deep subconscious level. This mental issue is translated in to body pain and keeps bother people.

What you need to do is eliminate the imprints of the the issue off your subconscious mind. It can be done by an experience NLP coach effectively.

By the time you join such session or workshop that trains you to resolve mental garbage, I hereby share with you a visualization technique that you can do and feel the magic.

Here is the exercise.

Sit comfortably and think of the pain in your body, its location and intensity.

Suppose its intensity is 8 out of 10.

Now imagine the figure 8 on your mental screen.

Now imagine that this figure 8 has started fading slowly and disappearing….and new figure 7 appears on the place of 8.

As the figure 8 is reduced to figure 7, imagine the pain also gets reduced.

Now let 7 fades into 6; and so does the pain.

6 into 5. 5 into 4. 4 into 3. 3 into 2. 2 into 1. And finally 1 into 0.

Now imagine that the pain also gets reduced to zero.

Now relax for some time. Take your awareness to the part where you felt pain. Imagine the feelings of comfort are spinning there.

Keep enjoying these wonderful feelings.
